In early March the BLHA launched our new website. It features an updated look, greater integration with Reflections and more services to our members. Be sure to take a look, as always at http://BerkeleyLake.org.

On the new website you will always find the latest edition of Reflections featured at the top of the right sidebar. As before, past issues are in a special archive going back to 2002. All editions feature images of their front cover (it is interesting to see the evolution over time). A subset of Reflections articles that focus on BLHA matters also appears directly on the website. Past articles include all of 2008, but over the next several months will include articles back to 2002. Some other non-Reflections articles of interest have been and will continue to be added as well.

All of this great content is now searchable. Additions to the articles may be monitored via the new BLHA RSS Feed.

Reflections is distributed throughout our community at no cost to our members or non-members. It is funded through the generosity of our sponsors. We now include 2 non-obtrusive sponsor ads at the bottom of web pages (they change randomly with each page load). Sponsors who have websites may be reached by simply clicking on their ads.

There is more! Upcoming community events are listed (from the Community Website calendar). You may conveniently pay your dues online - American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard are all accepted. Want to see a list of current members, it's there. Interested in our history? There is a great chronology Steve Seitz put together going back to 1948. Berkeley Lake images from 1950 with the construction of the dam are there, the original plat, and our deed covenants too.

All the old, but "spiffed-up" content is still there: the Schedule, Board contacts, About Us, Beach, Boat Registration, Membership Rules, Picnic Area Rentals, By- Laws, Minutes, and Merchandise.

The new site is easy to navigate and fun to read. If the type is a little to big or small for you can even change that by clicking on the appropriate icon in the upper left corner of each page.
